Problem: The
circle received complaints from the Mail Handler at the FSM 100's of the tubs coming down from the slides too fast, and falling
on the floor. Employees were concerned of the potential of being hit while working at the prepping stations.
Solution: Our circle
investigated and came up with a project that would help alleviate the problem. Our circle proposed that grid strips
be placed on the slides in order to slow down the tubs. The project proved to be a great success and we have accomplished
our goal, as well as this welcomed highly by the employees that work at the FSM 100's.
