A Message from Coordinator's Debbie Schroeder
I once heard someone say: " people
don't care how much you know, until they know how much you care." I thought about the Postal Service and how Quality
of Working Life is the avenue for such. This became the catalyst for change and also the perfect opportunity for craft
employees and managers to work together in teams toward a common goal. Not only to make improvement to our work areas,
but to reach out and make changes in our environment.
